USDA Organic Certified Coffee

This particular Guatemala roast is off-the-charts AMAZING. We are obsessed with its chocolate-y flavor notes and its deep richness.

These particular coffee beans are sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Association of Special Coffee Producers of Huehuetenango (ASOPCE), which has 450 members who cultivate coffee on small parcels of land throughout the department of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. ASOPCE work with an exporting company called BICAFE to gain access to technical support for best agricultural practices. The partnership has helped to improve quality, increase earnings from coffee sales, and strengthen families’ livelihoods. BICAFE has its own centrally located warehouse and dry mill facility (powered by 250 solar panels), which eases transportation costs for producers and ensures coffee traceability.
