I always prefer dark beans so I was shocked to see the color of the beans when I poured them out
They were much lighter than I expected
BUT then I was shocked to feel the deep broad flavor of the coffee as I drank it
Did not sip
So I have to keep on trying with other batches to decide whether this is the best coffee I have had or one to add to my only long time brand

Well rounded with perfect hints of earth, and superb finish. Prepared both pour over, and cold brew, with a 36 hour wait. Amazing, and will be buying more.
