Every farm and even every harvest always yields a bit of a different delightful result, so sometimes Colombian coffee can be more on the chocolate-y side, and sometimes it is balanced with some sweet citrus acidity as well. This particular roast gifts us with coffee that tips the scale more in favor of the rich chocolate-y notes, a true pleasure to brew and sip.
